On the rare occasion, an exceptional circumstance results in a client dissatisfaction, Dash Creative Group will strive to amend the error or, at the company’s discretion, provide reimbursement. The client should be aware that failure to submit required materials by the agreed-upon deadlines pursuant to a written contract may result in project delays and does not constitute a valid request for a refund.
